The Kingdom of God is expressed in various images: It is the Heavenly Jerusalem, the City of God, Paradise, a Banquet Feast, a Bridal Chamber, Heaven, the New Creation (Or: “re-creation of creation). The door to the Kingdom of God is baptism into Christ’s death in order to share His resurrection by receiving the Holy Spirit.
